Since its establishment in 1985, lay leaders in the Israel Forum have been expandung the range of direct and personal contacts between Jews throughout the world.
Viewing global Jewish dialogue and contact as a primary resource for a fruitful Jewish existence, the Israel Forum strives to bring Jews together, to challenge their definitions of Jewish identity and belonging, through joint social-community action.

At the dawn of the twenty-first century, violent social and religious conflicts are still widespread. In these times, the Israel Forum wishes to promote Jewish voluntary action that is pluralistic and is based on the humanistic principles of our cultural heritage.
